How a Monthly Care Cycle Works

Current components, access, backups, and known problems are recorded. An inherited site may need corrective work first.

Updates are applied and the affected functions are checked.

What was done, what was observed, and what needs your decision.

Small changes fit the monthly allowance; larger work receives a fixed quote before it starts.

Care Plan Questions

Can you take over a website someone else built?

Yes, after a starting review. If the site needs repairs before routine care makes sense, they are quoted separately.

Is support available around the clock?

Automatic monitoring runs continuously, but the standard plans do not include round-the-clock human response. A formal response commitment can be assessed separately.

How do I pay, and can I cancel?

Plans are paid monthly in advance and can be cancelled for the following month. You keep your website, accounts, and documentation.
