Start Your Project Brief

Describe your project step by step, at your own pace. No call is needed: you receive a written proposal with the result, the agreed scope, the schedule, and a fixed price.

The brief takes about ten minutes. You do not need finished content or a technical specification. Answer what you know, and mark anything you are unsure about. Questions that remain are clarified in writing.

The Interactive Brief Form

The step-by-step form is being finalized. Until it opens, send your project details by email. The answers to these questions are all I need to prepare a proposal:

  • What would you like to build or improve?
  • What does your business offer, and where do you serve customers?
  • Do you already have a domain, a website, or business email?
  • Which materials are ready: logo, photos, existing text?
  • Which package fits your budget, and when would you like to launch?

What Happens After You Submit

You receive a copy of your answers by email.

Within two business days, you receive the result, scope, schedule, fixed price, and payment stages.

Any open questions are settled by email, so every decision is recorded.

When the proposal suits you, you approve it and receive the first invoice. Work begins on the agreed date.

The full process is described on How It Works.

Questions About the Project Brief

Do I need finished content before I start?

No. You need a way to confirm what your business can deliver. Existing documents, explanations, and photographs help, and the content is prepared as part of the project.

Will you ask me for a call?

No. Everything is handled in writing. If something is easier to show than to describe, a short screen recording or a few screenshots work well.

What if my project does not fit a package?

Describe it in the brief. The proposal identifies what fits the standard scope and quotes anything additional separately, before work begins.

Is submitting the brief a commitment?

No. The brief only lets me prepare an accurate proposal. Work begins after you approve it.
